Original 6 nodders

Just last week, my wife was spiffing up my office and helped clean off these little guys. They're my collection of 1962 Original Six hockey nodders. They originally sold for a mere $1.25 each back in the day. It all started years ago when I bought the Detroit Red Wings nodder from a collector; from there it branched out to obtaining the rest of the league. It wasn't until a few years back after searching high & low that I finally finished off the collection when I finally got the Boston Bruins nodder.

Bertolli commercial to run during Oscars

CCS tour video

Spider bites

Sigh, I just caught wind earlier today that a friend of mine (and immensely talented director) Anthony Garth supposedly got bit by a spider. Generally no big news but according to all accounts, it was one heckuva heinous bite. Needless to say I had to come up with a twisted drawing to razz the poor guy on it.

I can be so cruel.

Cooler than Hasbro

What's cooler than working for one of the world's biggest toy manufacturers, Hasbro?

Finding out that you get to work with an old friend you haven't talked to in ages.

The last few days I re-connected with an old friend, Mark Foster whom I found out is making himself a pretty darn good life as a married guy and as a heckuva talented designer in Rhode Island. Mark is one of those rare souls where he always seems as though he's happy about life.
